Requirements and Skills
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license applicable in Nebraska.
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing providing critical care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU, ensuring adherence to established protocols and best practices.
- Monitor and interpret vital signs, laboratory results, and diagnostic data to adjust care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities and responses.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
- Educate patients and families about care plans, treatment options, and post-discharge instructions.
- Participate actively in continuous quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska.
- Minimum of 1-2 years ICU nursing experience preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities.
- Commitment to providing empathetic, patient-focused care.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $61.00 to $72.00, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
